The S.T.E.M. program summer math camp held at Advantage Academy-Grand Prairie was a huge success. Ms. Lonon led the program provided by Texas Tech University’s Summer Math Academy remote computer access.

“I have visited four days this week and each time the students were genuinely excited and happy to be at school learning math concepts at an advanced level, during their summer break” said Brian Blosser, District CTE and Instructional Technology Coordinator.

Lighthouse Intercessors collected 100′s of cards, thank you notes, handmade flags and coloring sheets from three school districts for our brave soldiers serving overseas!  ”We say thank you to Advantage Academy for their help!” said Rhonda Harkins, Chaplain

Five packages were mailed to Afghanistan and Germany filled with thanks, prayers, encouragement and lots of love!  Our next generation must understand our American values of freedom, honor, and courage!  God Bless America!!
