Angela McDonald
Mrs. Angela McDonald began working (with Dr. Beck) at Eagle Advantage Schools during its foundational years and has been an integral part of its growth and success throughout. Her heart for children and the desire to improve education for all, stirred her interest from teaching to administration. Her numerous positions within the organization and the combination of experiences both in and out of the classroom has allowed her to understand and use the educational leadership skills she has acquired.
Mrs. McDonald received her Bachelor’s degree from Oral Roberts University and her Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Regent University. Mrs. McDonald is involved and plays a vital role in the day to day academic, business and operational happenings of Advantage Academy. She is proud to be a part of a growing and innovative (charter) school system where faith and character are integrated and continually encouraged. She looks forward to a rewarding and fulfilling career as AA grows and prospers.
After finishing college and prior to her employment with Advantage Academy, Mrs. McDonald taught for several years and was (also) employed by Dallas and San Diego law firms. She lives with her husband and two teenage children in Midlothian, Texas.
