Angie McDonald Asst. Superintendent
Angie McDonald lives with her husband and two teenage children in Midlothian, Texas. She has lived in the Dallas/Fort Worth area most of her life. After finishing college and prior to her employment with Advantage Academy, Mrs. McDonald taught school for several years and was employed by Dallas and San Diego area law firms.
Mrs. McDonald began working at Advantage Academy during its foundational years and has been an integral part of its success. Her heart for missions and her desire to improve education for all children stirred her interest in teaching. Her various positions within the organization and the combination of experiences both in and out of the classroom has allowed her to expand her educational leadership skills and she was recently promoted to Assistant Superintendent.
Mrs. McDonald received her Bachelor’s degree from Oral Roberts University and is currently working on a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Regent University and plans to graduate in 2011. She hopes to work for Advantage Academy for the remainder of her career. She is proud to be a part of a growing and innovative school system where faith and character are continually encouraged.
