Robb Dean, CPA - Director of Business & Finance
The business division is responsible for all business and financial operations of the school. This division is responsible to ensure that all laws and regulations are followed regarding financial accounting and reporting standards and requirements. The business division plans, prepares and advises concerning the financial practices and needs of the organization.
The business division links financial resources to other necessary resources in order to strengthen the quality of student programs and to provide the organization the ability to grow adequately and timely. It is the business division’s goal to provide an adequate balance between quantity and quality and to communicate the two effectively to all stakeholders. This division works to expand the company’s operational data in order to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of resource allocation. It is the business division’s obligation to develop goals, strategies and forecasts that will ensure the financial success of the company.

Compliance Department
Wilma Mallory-Sneed – Compliance Director
The compliance department, does just that, ensures that the school is in compliance with all city, state and federal regulations in relation to public school requirements and ensures that all required documentation is reported timely and accurately. This department is responsible to keep the school abreast of requirements and documentation related to regulations of the Texas Education Agency and other governmental agencies.
