Human Resources Division
Marie Cox – Director of Human Resources
The human resources division is responsible to recruit and retain the most qualified faculty and staff and match them to the right job within the organization. This division is critical to maintaining the quality of staff and ensuring that the employees “fit” the company. They are considered to be behind the scenes staff, but are often the first staff who potentially new employees meet.
It is critical that this division maintain professionalism in their mannerisms, dress and language and keep composure during stressful or antagonistic situations. This division must ensure morale and productivity are high and job turnover is low. The HR division and its departments work diligently to provide training and development opportunities and increase employee satisfaction.
