Absence amendment effective 01/03/11: All employees, who must take unplanned sick time please call the Absence Line 469.955.0975 at least 1 hour prior to the beginning of their shift. Ms. Eutrisia Davis will take your call & handle substitute needs. Please spell your first and last name, campus, grade or department, and state the reason for your absence. She will notify your campus principal/supervisor & campus office. Employees must also submit an electronic school stream absence request form within 3 working days upon return to work.
