Absence amendment effective 01/03/11:  ALL Employees, who must take sick time off, must call the Absence Line 469.955.0975 at least 2 hours prior to the beginning of their shift.  Ms. Eutrisia Davis will take your call & handle substitute needs.  Please spell your first and last name, campus, grade or department, reason for your absence.  She will notify your campus principal/supervisor & campus office.  Child Nutrition, Nurses & Maintenance will contact supervisors directly.  Within 3 workdays of return you must still submit an absence request form.
